For months now, we’ll all been anxiously awaiting the premiere of Wes Anderson’s confectionary caper story The Grand Budapest Hotel—and this Friday finally marks its theatrical release. So far, we’ve seen countless photos from the film, listened through the fantastical soundtrack, and now we’re given another brief clip to watch, alongside a healthy serving a meticulously crafted stills. Futuria Fantasia: by Ray Bradbury.

Futuria Fantasia, the science-fiction fanzine Ray Bradbury published as a teenager. Released shortly after Bradbury graduated from high school in 1939, the first issue included Bradbury’s short stories “Don’t Get Technatal” (under pseudonym Ron Reynolds) and the poem “Thought and Space.” Bradbury published four issues between 1939 and 1940.

‘A CHORUS LINE’ Broadway Sensation

These photos taken from NYPL’s Billy Rose Theater Collection, show cast members from the 1975 Broadway musical, A Chorus Line. The musical opened on Broadway on this day in 1975! The original production went on to win 9 of the 12 Tony awards it was nominated for in addition to winning the 1976 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
