1. Fan Bingbing

Actress Fan Bingbing has topped this year’s Forbes China Celebrity 100 List.

Released earlier this week, the Forbes list ranked Chinese actress Fan Bingbing at the top with an annual income of 122 million yuan (RM58.56mil). Joining her in the top 10 were familiar names like Andy Lau, Zhang Ziyi and Jackie Chan. Celebrities were ranked based on their commercial value, which is calculated based on their income and exposure.

Here are the other top 10 Chinese celebritiess who made the cut.

Unbelievable what some drugs are capable of doing. Pictures have been circulating on the web of Gary Dourdan, of CSI fame, that he has been abusing meth and other drugs. Add to that a domestic violence charge where it’s believed that he broke his girlfriend’s nose, filed for bankruptcy, in jeopardy of losing his home to foreclosure, crashed his car, on and on and on. When he was busted with ecstasy, he got officers’ attention because he crashed his vehicle.  Could all of these problems be a result of his love affair with drugs? I didn’t think it was him until I saw the faces of Meth ! Follow below and take a LOOK at some other FACES of Meth. What a shame one cannot find other ways of coping with their DEMONS. I am sincerely  sorry for them, ALL.

When I was growing up, “good girls” didn’t have tattoos (or piercings, for that matter!)  Most adult women I knew didn’t have any at all, and if they did it was no more than a tiny rose hiding on their ankle, usually carefully concealed by a sock.  Tattoos were faded blue and blurry, and only for sailors, ex-convicts, and men entering or leaving the military.  Read more…

So even a “Wonder Woman” in Saudi Arabia is so cowed that she dare not take that cloth off her head…!

“I’m a feminist!  That is, if you say I can be one.” Because, you know, feminism is all about women symbolically taking veils off their head to fit into a Western, patriarchal idea of what a woman should look like.

You’re doing feminism wrong.  Because women can not be empowered or feminists while at the same time still honoring their religion.

Because when a woman takes clothes off, it’s empowering, but when she keeps clothes on, it’s oppression.

Because everything that a woman is, her experiences, what she stands for, is all determined  by the clothing she wears. BEHOLD! Western Feminism.

Is that a purple leopard print hijab with stars on it? Bc she’s winning…!
