Both Hugh and his beard wife protest too much? Yep, it’s that time of the month for Hugh Jackman to address accusations that he shares the same passion for penis as Peter Allen, the character he played in Broadway’s A Boy from Oz. In a recent interview with Australia’s 60 Minutes, the hunky Wolverine actor and Deborra-Lee Furness, his wife of 17 years and mother of their two adopted children, confessed that they’re both ovah persistent rumors that he’s gay. “If I was [gay], I would be,” Jackman insisted. “It’s, to me, not the most interesting thing about a person, anyway. But I do get frustrated for Deb, cause I see Deb go, ‘Ah, this is just crazy!'” ”It is just wrong, it’s like, it’s a lie,” added Furness, standing by her man. “So it’s just offensive. If he was gay, fine, he would say he’s gay. It has gotten so out of whack… it’s stupid and, yeah, it’s annoying, because it’s not true.” So, translation… he’s totally gay, right? We kid, we kid! Chris Birch appears to have a dead skunk on his head. This was my opening thought to the much-hyped BBC Three documentary
which hit UK screens this last week. The programme received a huge amount of attention in the media and on social media, following earlier such media feasts when the story was covered in the tabloids
. The documentary, I Woke Up Gay, featuring ‘Kris’ (he creatively changed his name) and his boyfriend Jak (the Telegraph noted this odd aversion to the letter ‘C’

Married couples often tend to engage in all sorts of behavior in an effort to preserve their relationship. Most people tend to pass judgment on such behavior without right. Fact of the matter is, no one cares or should. Such actions are entirely the responsibility of consenting Adults.
*It was a controversial move, but a bold one retired NFL star Michael Irvin recently made when he posed for the cover of a popular gay magazine, “Out.” In the article, the football player opens up about his struggle with his gay brother, whom he says changed his perspective on the gay community. The former Dallas Cowboys and hall of fame wide receiver also shed light about what life might be like for a gay player in the NFL today. Irvin shared that although he learned of his brother’s homosexuality in the 70s when he saw him wearing women’s clothes, he credits his womanizing behavior to trying to cover up or prove that he was not gay. “Through it all, we realized maybe some of the issues I’ve had with so many women, just bringing women around so everybody can see, maybe that’s the residual of the fear I had that if my brother is wearing ladies’ clothes, am I going to be doing that? Is it genetic?” Irvin says in the “Out” cover story.
